Rear-Seat and Secondary Display Experiences

FusionSync

Give every passenger a connected screen of their own.

FusionSync is a lighter, embedded experience for rear-seat and secondary displays. Passengers stream, browse, and discover content on their own screens, while SmartLink keeps them in sync with the front of the cabin — sharing destinations, media, and more between rows.

Streaming, browsing, and shared content on every screen behind the driver — running natively in the vehicle and synchronized with the front.

An in-vehicle experience, light enough for every screen.

Not every display needs a full infotainment stack. FusionSync delivers the parts passengers actually use — streaming video and music, a vehicle-optimized browser, and a feature and content store — in a footprint suited to rear-seat and secondary displays.

SmartLink connects those screens to the front of the cabin and to passengers’ phones. A destination found in the back can be sent to the driver’s navigation, running on Google Maps, HERE, or ZENRIN depending on the market.

Every screen in the cabin, working together.

Rear passengers browse and stream on their own displays, and what they find can move forward to the driver — without handing a phone between seats.

Benefits

Built for Secondary Displays

A lighter embedded experience designed for rear-seat and secondary screens, giving OEMs connected passenger entertainment without the cost and complexity of a second full infotainment system in the vehicle.

Streaming Entertainment

Movies, music, and other streaming services on each passenger’s own display, so the second row stays entertained on long drives without phones, tablets, or cables passed back from the front.

Integrated Web Experiences

Use the embedded browser to support online services, content discovery, shopping, and other web-based experiences, each optimized for the vehicle screen, its input methods, and the state of the vehicle.

Front-to-Rear Sync

SmartLink keeps screens in step: passengers can send a destination to the driver’s navigation, share media between rows, or pick up content from their phone, with the front of the cabin always in control.

Feature and Content Store

Give users a central destination for discovering and unlocking premium vehicle features, digital services, and content made available by the OEM — opening a revenue channel that continues after the sale.

Flexible Navigation

Support Google Maps, HERE, and ZENRIN, matched to each market you ship into, with destinations found on a rear screen passed straight to the driver’s navigation through SmartLink.
