Founder & CEO
Michael is the founder of Abalta and has been at the forefront of infotainment his entire career. At Alpine Electronics, Michael built the first line-fit navigation system in the US and went on to bring many more innovative infotainment solutions to the market during his tenure at the mapping company HERE.
Robert has over 30 years of accounting and finance experience. Robert started his career in public accounting and tax, including KPMG,. Robert has held various management and executive positions in both public and private companies, including Cardinal Health, Genoptix (a Novartis Company), and XIFIN. At Abalta, Robert brings a wealth of finance, accounting, and operational knowledge and experience to the executive team.
Sychuang has worked his entire career with leading brands delivering advanced solutions in the location, mobile, and transportation realms. Sychuang began his career developing embedded software and went on to manage large engineering teams developing navigation and connected vehicle software for major automotive OEMs.
VP, Program Management
Vijaya has extensive experience in mapping and navigation technologies. Vijaya has led development for automotive OEMs and Tier-One programs. Vijaya has also successfully built Project Management Organizations to deliver programs and projects using the latest SDLC approaches, including agile development.
Global Head of Sales
Sean leads the global sales and business development functions at Abalta, where he brings over 20 years of global sales, product management and marketing experience driving revenue, strategic growth and product strategy for technology companies. In his career, Sean has sold, built, deployed and supported mobile and web applications along with cloud-based platforms to Auto OEMs, Tier 1 Suppliers, Global Mobile Network Operators, Consumer and Fleet Telematics, Insurance, Financial and Roadside Assistance.
Frank has over 11 years of experience in the automotive industry covering both the aftermarket and OEM markets. He is passionate about providing a great user experience for customers by interweaving the power of technology, entertainment, social networks, and mobility.
Greg has over 10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Greg has spent his career ensuring the delivery of quality software while working in the engineering simulation, location, and automotive industries.
Senior Director of Marketing
A seasoned marketing leader, Tom is passionate about building lasting global brands and telling compelling stories about products and services that leverage innovative technology to solve real-world problems. Tom leads all marketing efforts at Abalta and works closely with the product and executive teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
